A life-size reproduction of a genuine dinosaur skeleton in the Central Hall.
This museum offers a superb, family-friendly look at nature over the last few million years, with plenty of hands-on exhibits, free of charge. Very near this Victorian edifice (within 100m) are two more excellent establishments, the Science Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum.
