Gourdon tourism

This tiny village is perched on a hilltop in France’s Alpes-Maritimes department like an eagle’s nest (and that’s the name of the best restaurant there), with a breathtaking panorama stretching out to the Mediterranean sea and the Riviera cities of Cannes and Antibes.

With a permanent population of just a few hundred the village attracts thousands of visitors a year so the small number of streets and attractions are crammed with tourists during the high season.
