Salta, Atacama Desert and Uyuni Salt Flats (Argentina, Chile, Bolivia) :
On this 9 day adventure we visit the city of Salta, San Antonio de Los Cobres, and Salinas Grandes in Jujuy province and the village of Purmamarca in the Humahuaca Gorge.
After crossing the Andes through one of the highest international passes in the world we arrive in San Pedro de Atacama, a small bohemian town from where we will visit Moon Valley and the amazing Geysers del Tatio, all surrounded by mountains, volcanoes, bleak plains and fluffy alpacas.
Then we go on a spectacular 3 day journey crossing the Bolivian Puna by 4WD vehicles, surrounded by coloured lagoons, geysers, Andean towns and amazing landscapes. Finally we arrive at the incredibly flat and dazzling white Uyuni Salt Flats.
This trip starts in Salta and ends in Uyuni, from where you can continue your trip in Bolivia to Potosi, La Paz or Lake Titicaca, or return to Argentina by train.
