Chimpanzees, Lions and Lakes [family adventure]:
A 9 day action packed family tour to enjoy the beauty and diversity of Uganda, the 'Pearl of Africa', with its superb wildlife. We take game drives in different National Parks looking for zebra, hippo and many other animals, a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel spotting animals such as buffalo, elephant and leopard as they drop in for a drink, before heading off to see the famous tree-climbing lions. At Lake Bunyoni we paddle around some of the islands in canoes. There are close encounters with some of Uganda’s wildlife at the Entebbe Wildlife Centre, before a day trip to Ngamba Island to see the chimpanzees. [Tours available march 2008 - July 2009]
