Cycle the Cape!:
A 12 day bike ride around South Africa's stunning Cape Winelands and Garden Route with a flexible itinerary to suit all abilities.
After two days in Cape Town, with rides around Table Mountain and into the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, we visit Boulders Beach to see [and smell!] its African Penguin colony, view the Cape Point lighthouse and cycle along the spectacular Atlantic coast. Then it's a quiet ride through the vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture of the Winelands, stopping no doubt to sample the wines en route.
We next travel east and cycle through Red Stone Hills at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains, stay at Oudtshoorn [picture at top], and visit the Cango Caves.
Descending to the Garden Route at Plettenberg Bay, we cycle the wild off-road trails of Harkerville Forest, tour Tsitsikamma National Park and spectacular Storm's River Mouth, before cycling the Bloukrans and Nature's Valley Passes.
Our last two days are spent exploring the atmospheric hinterland of Cape Agulhas, Africa's southernmost point, before driving back to Cape Town.

Discover South Africa [family holiday]:
This 13 day tour takes you big cat spotting by 4WD in two of South Africa's great wildlife parks, exploring the Cango Caves, walking the best bits of the Garden Route and touring the Western Cape - including Oudtshoorn [ostrich photo at top, kids love that], whale-watching [June to November] and of course some time in lovely Cape Town and on top of its Table Mountain!

Drakensberg & Wild Coast Trails [South Africa and Lesotho, Hiking]:
Over 12 days of moderate/strenuous walking we focus on Africa's spectacular southern mountains.
In Lesotho, we'll walk with colourful Basotho people in a land of ravines, waterfalls and tribal culture and hike to the highest point in Southern Africa.
Then we walk trails in Kamberg and the Royal Natal National Park on the South African side of the Drakensberg - a massive and strikingly beautiful rampart of caves, ridges, deep gorges, pinnacles and overhangs.

Zululand and Kruger Wildlife:
This 11 day tour, staying in hotels, beehive huts and and tented camps gives the traveller the chance to explore the vast gamelands of Kruger National Park, discover the wetlands and wildlife of St.Lucia Wetland Park and take a foot safari in the Kingdom of Swaziland.

The Cape Escape [South Africa]:
11 days in the Western Cape - scenic National Parks, fine old towns, wine estates, mountains, rolling farmland and some unusual African wildlife!

South West Africa Overland [Botswana- Namibia- South Africa -Zambia]:
This is a 24 days tour by safari truck of the top rated Natural Wonders of Southern Africa, with mixed accommodation ranging from hotels to wild camping.
