Experience stunning panoramic views on one of the world’s most renowned treks when you join us on this stunning climb of Africa's tallest mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro. This trek takes you on the popular Marangu route, which uses comfortable trekking lodges for the overnight accommodation. You'll be climbing for six hard and breathless days to reach the summit so you better be fit. We recommend you do plenty of training before undertaking this challenge, but when you reach the summit the spectacular views out across the African landscape will make all the hard work and pain worthwhile.

This two week Namibia & Botswana tour offers the perfect introduction to these fscinating and culturally unique countries. It’s the perfect mix of culture, wildlife, active adventure and fun nightlife. Starting in Swakopmund the adventure capital on Namibia, where you can enjoy many fun options such as skydiving, sand boarding and quad biking. From here we head inland to visit the Himba people, semi-nomadic bushmen, easily recognisable by the distinctive red colour of their skin and hair. We continue on to the Etosha National Park, which boast an amazing abundance of wildlife making it one of Southern Africa's finest and most important game reserves. We spend plenty of time wildlife viewing before moving onto Namibia’s capital city Windhoek. After a short tour of the city we wave goodbye to Namibia and cross the border into Botswana. Our first stop is at Ghanzi for a cultural evening of tribal song and dance from the San community. We then spend the next three days exploring the Okavango Delta. The Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta, a labyrinth of lagoons, lakes and hidden channels covering 17 000 square km. We have plenty of time to explore this unique inland delta with nature walks and boat cruises. We finish our tour with a visit to Bostwana’s second largest wildlife reserve, the Chobe National Park, before crossing the border into Zimbabwe and our final destination the one and only Victoria Falls, crossroads of Africa.
Hidden Treasures (Sudan) Highlights: Capital city Khartoum, old souk of Omdurman, Meroe Pyramids, El Damer, Nubian homestay in Karima, desert town of Kerma. This 9 day adventure through Sudan takes us to some incredible ancient sites. We start with an in-depth visit of the capital city of Khartoum, exploring museums, tombs and markets. We then cross the Nubian Desert in search of lost pyramids and temples of the Nile Valley such as the Meroe Pyramids (photo above), the most concentrated pyramid complex in the Nile valley. We experience a true desert camp with private verandahs overlooking the pyramids. We then visit Karima for more pyramids and temples before driving back to Khartoum for free time to wander before returning home. The Garden Route (South Africa) Highlights: Cape Town, Karoo, Cango Caves, Garden Route, Addo Elephant National Park, Drakensberg, Wild Coast, Zulu Nation. Traversing the South African coast from Cape Town to Durban, this two week tour takes you along the famous Garden Route stopping at some of the most spectacular tourist attractions that this wonderful country has to offer. After enjoying the sights, sounds and foods of Cape Town we head along the Garden Route to Stellenbosch, famous for its world class wines and historic grandeur. We’ll also visit the Cheetah Breeding Centre to experience these animals up close. From here we make our way through the magnificent Outeniqua Mountains to the seaside town of Knysna, stopping on route to visit the impressive limestone Cango caves and an ostrich farm. Our next stop is the Tsitsikamma National Park, where you can enjoy jungle walks, treetop canopy tours, blackwater tubing and the highest Bungee jump in the world. Continuing east we take a game drive in the Addo Elephant National Park, which is home to many of Africa’s big game. Heading north we enter the mountain kingdom of Lesotho, one of the highest countries in the world, with the entire country being over 1,000m above sea level. There is plenty of time to do some trekking in the mountains and to explore the unique culture of this tiny country. The next stop is the uKhahlamba Drakensberg Park with some of the most exceptional mountain scenery in Africa. Our final destination and tour end is the lively city and massive beaches of Durban.
Highlights: Djemaa El Fna in Marrakech, Zagora, Atlas Mountains, dramatic landscapes of Ouarzazate, Berber camp at Merzouga. This 9-day trip starts with a full day tour of the magical city of Marrakesh, we visit mosques, minarets, the souk and the famously colourful Djemaa El Fna square. The next day we travel through Berber villages and over the highest mountain pass in Africa, visiting the UNESCO site of Ait Benhaddou before reaching Ouarzazate. Next is the town of Tinghir, hiking the Dades Canyon and Todra Gorge. After that comes a 4WD desert drive near Merzouga and a night in the desert at a comfortable Berber camp. Finally we come out of the desert at Zagora before returning via Ouarzazate to Marrakech. Accommodation is in 4-star hotels, plus the desert camp.
