Why holiday in Russia?

This enormous country, occupying most of the northern section of Asia and a great part of world history too, demands the attention of any serious traveller.

Russian officials can be unpleasantly aggressive and urban crime requires a watchful eye while internal flights are unreliable and Russian airlines have the world's worst safety record.
