Lake Como ferry map.

Different ferries (aka Motorships) sail up and down Lake Como, including a Saturday night booze cruise, a Villa Carlotta excursion, private hire motorships, limited-stop boats, fast ferries (usually pricey hydrofoils) or slow, cheap, open-deck ferries. The bugcrew caught a slow open-deck ferry to Bellagio that took about 2 hours and came back on a fast enclosed boat back that took about one hour and cost more but was no good for photography.
Most regular holiday folk travel to the destinations marked in in pink on the map, especially beautiful Bellagio, with Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta coming in second.
