Amsterdam's famous Orange Day celebration of their Queen Mother's birth,
a wild and wobbly day for all, including the Queen in all probability.
But the big question is, how long can outrageously free-thinking 'coffeeshops'
and window brothels last in the Netherlands, this bastion of liberal thought
beseiged by the dark and dull forces of EC bureaucracy?
A long time we hope, but don't bet on it.
