Praca do Comercio

The 18th century city entrance and end/start of the Baixa district, Praca do Comercio.

Before the 1755 quake that reduced much of Portugal to rubble, including grand Lisbon, this was the city's riverfront and main entrance.
It's still on the riverfront but now functions more as an exhibition space and tourists and trams meeting point.
