The quietest of all Phuket's beaches that have reasonable facilities
- a couple of bars and restaurants, Nai Thon is Bugbog's favourite
Phuket beach, though it will have too few entertainment facilities
for some. The bay is beautiful, the sand perfectly soft and squeaky,
the accommodation discreet yet comfortable. Naithon Beach Resort,
just across the road from the beach had air-con, double rooms for
about 1200 baht [£20] in Dec '02.
Thumping big waves as usual but an adjacent nature reserve adds something
a bit different. Good one Nai Thon.
